HVG: BOD Resolution Sept 20

 The Board approved to issue 70,399,898 new shares to its existing shareholders.

Of the total, the firm would offer 43,999,936 new shares to its existing shareholders at 1-for-3 ratio for VND10,000/share (odd shares and unbought shares will be distributed to other subjects at VND10,000/share); 26,399,962 bonus shares at 1-for-5 ratio (odd bonus shares will be canceled).

Besides, the Board also approved to list and deposit the 70,399,898 new shares right after reporting the issuing result to the State Securities Commission (SSC) and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HoSE).
