HQC: BOD Resolution Nov 4

 The BOD approved to pay 2013 cash dividend at VND300/share on February 10, 2015.

The Board approved the shareholder list on November 18 to issue new shares at 1-for-3 ratio and cash dividend payment.

The BOD also approved the list of shareholders who would not have right to receive cash dividend payment and buy new shares.
