On September 13, 2018, the Board of Directors of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company approved the signing of construction of the technical infrastructure system (phase 2) contract for the residential area project in road 3/2 with HODECO Building and Concrete Joint Stock Company.
