Transimex Corporation (TMS) whose chairman Bui Tuan Ngoc is vice chairman of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring JSC. (HAH), sold 1,019,420 shares out of 1,032,840 shares registered to sell from December 27, 2017 to January 25, 2018 via order matching or put through.
After the deal, Transimex Corp cut its ownership to 5,013,425 shares or 14.77% stake.
