The Board resolution dated June 03, 2019, Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved the transaction contract with the following companies:
– Pan Hai An Com Ltd;
– Hai An General Services Joint Stock Company;
– Hai An Container Transport Com Ltd;
