1. Revising its investment portfolio for 2018 as follows:


+ Cutting its investment into Chau Duc Brick Plant: = VND5 billion


+ Increasing for its Robot investment: = VND5 billion


2. BOD approved to pay its 2018 first dividend at 15% of its charter capital.


The payment will be made in November 2018.
