GKM: Board Resolution on Dividend Payment

Article 1: Implementing the General Mandate No.01/NQ-DHDCD-KM issued on 28/04/2018 by Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2018 of Khanh Minh Brick Joint Stock Company on the plan on share issuance for dividend payment of 2017, Board of Directors implements the record date for dividend payment of 2017 as follows:

• Record date: 05/11/2018

Article 2: Assign Manager to command related departments to complete the documents of the share issuance for dividend payment of 2017 following the regulation of law

Article 3: Implementation

This Resolution is valid from the date of signature. Board of Managers, related departments and individuals are responsible for implementing this Resolution following the regulation of law and the Charter of the Company.
