FUESSV50: Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2018

SSI Asset Management (SSIAM) announces the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2018 dated January 18, 2018 as follows:

1)    Approving to increase the service fee for asset management to 0.65% NAV/year.

2)    Approving to adjust and supplement some items to the Fund’s Charter.

3)    Approving to adjust and supplement some items in the pricing manual of SSI Asset Management.
