Instead of having to pay for phone calls to the service center, through the customer portal customers can check information relating to their insurance policy directly (such as insured products, the Sum Assured, contract validity date, contract maturity date, contract status, refund value, account value of contract, information about fee payment history, and related announcements) as well as manage personal information including name, date of birth, identification, and contact information (phone, email).
When a customer changes their contact information and / or permanent address, phone number, or email address, they can send a request via the portal and do not need to provide a hard copy “Request for changing contents of insurance contract”.
The professional team at Fubon Life Vietnam’s Customer Service Department will update the information and send a Notice of Confirmation to the customer as soon as possible.
Each customer will use one account to log in to the electronic portal. When registering an account and making changes to information, the system will require the customer log in the phone number / email address the customer has registered with the company in the insurance application or by a request to change the information and content of the insurance policy to receive a verification code or link. This is a mechanism to help protect customer privacy.
In addition, if the customer has requirements and questions relating to the insurance contract management, they can send a request to Fubon Life Vietnam via the customer portal. Fubon Life Vietnam will promptly respond to customer requests and inquiries in the shortest possible time.
According to Mr. Chiang, the portal not only makes it possible for each customer to look up all the information related to their life insurance policy, it also makes transactions with Fubon Life Vietnam more convenient, especially in managing customer records professionally.
