Ascendas-Singbridge, Asia’s leading sustainable urban development and business space solutions provider, and its joint venture partner, Saigon Bund Capital Partners, recently kicked off construction of Office Tower 1 (Tower 1) at OneHub Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City’s first fully-integrated business park and located within Saigon Hi-Tech Park.
With a gross floor area of approximately 12,000 sq m over six floors, Tower 1 is expected to open in the first quarter of 2019 and comprise office space in line with international standard specifications and property management services.
Developed with consultancy from the Sydney-based PTW Architects, CPG Consultants, Colin K. Okashimo and Associates, and G-Energy Global and constructed by Coteccons, as the main contractor, it is the first LEED Silver Certified Office Building in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 9.
Leasing is now open, with target customers including companies in the information technology, business process outsourcing, and finance sectors looking for expansion, relocation, or consolidation, companies seeking larger floor plates to improve productivity and the workplace environment, and companies supporting tenants of Saigon Hi-Tech Park.

OneHub Saigon aims to provide a seamless and vibrant work-live-play-learn environment for its tenants and the surrounding community. The 12-ha development will comprise seven office towers, a mixed-use commercial block, work-office home-offices (WOHO), a new concept from Singapore, an education center, and recreational amenities built with sustainable features. It will also have designated event spaces and social areas for networking and relaxation.
Together with existing well-known international corporations such as Samsung, Intel, Schneider, and Sanofi located in Saigon Hi-Tech Park, OneHub Saigon will play an integral role in supporting the business ecosystem.
