CMX: Board approves to contribute capital to set up a company

According to the Board resolution dated June 03, 2019, the Board of Directors of Camimex Group Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital to set up a joint stock company, as follows:

–       Company: Camimex Nutrition Joint Stock Company

–       Short name: Camimex Nutri

–       Head office: Floor 17, Prime Center, 53 Quang Trung, Hai Ba Trung district, Ha Noi city 

–       Charter capital: VND10 billion

–       Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company will contribute VND10,200,000,000, equivalent to 51% charter capital.

–       Representative of CMX at the new company: Mr. Bui Si Tuan.
