Vietnam's manufacturing sector showed further improvement in May, supported by sharper increases in output and new orders.

Hanoi (VNA) – The State Treasury of Vietnam mobilised more than 11.93 trillion VND (512.99 million USD) through Government bond auctions on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) in May, down 5 percent against the previous month. 

Hanoi (VNA) - Vietnam recorded a trade deficit of 1.3 billion USD in May, resulting in a total deficit of 548 million USD for the first five months of the year, according to General Statistics Office (GSO)'s monthly report.

Hanoi (VNA) – Hanoi’s economy continue to grow in the first five months of this year, reported Director of the municipal Department of Planning and Investment Nguyen Manh Quyen at a recent conference held by the municipal People’s Committee. 

Mangoes grown in Yen Chau district, the northern mountain province of Son La, began being exported to the US, UK, Australian and Chinese markets on June 1.
