Foreigners kicked off the week in the position of net sellers on both HOSE and HNX. Level of participation increased.

The State Securities Commission (SSC), Vietnam’s securities watchdog will classify and rate securities companies from April 1, 2012 Nguyen Doan Hung, deputy chairman of the SSC told local online newspaper Dau Tu Chung Khoan (securities investment).
