Vietnamese stocks surged today as local investors jumped in to buy shares hoping the rally will extend, liquidity stayed at high level.

Vietnam’s capital Hanoi is estimated to run $0.861 billion trade deficit in February 2012, the Hanoi’s General Statistics Office (GSO) said.
