Vietnamese stocks continued to close mixed today as blue chips weighed the primary bourse while the smaller cap bourse edged up after a light correction yesterday, liquidity still at high level.

While domestic stock brokerages wait on a shorter settlement period for securities transactions, some foreign investors are actually arguing against the change.
