Accordingly, shareholders approved transferring land use rights and construction on the land at 193, D2 Road, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City to Huynh Phuoc Huyen Vy.
Transferring price: VND27,490,000,000
Compensation fees for current leasing contract at the land (if any), will be paid by the company.
Huynh Phuoc Huyen Vy is the company’s major shareholder, she is also related person of BOD member Le Truong Ky.
