“As reported by the CAAC, Vietnamese airlines operate 170 aircraft, but the number will rise to 200 by 2020 and will require an additional 200 pilots annually. With the majority aircraft being single-aisle, such as Airbus A320, BAA Training Vietnam seeks to ensure local market with the needed resources for pilot training. Furthermore, as the only independent aviation training centre in Vietnam, we create a possibility for independent pilots to pursue their dream career,” said Vytautas Jankauskas, managing director at BAA Training Vietnam.
