Ref: Apply the settlement time “T+2” from 01/01/2016

Dear valued customers,

Based on the Decision No. 211/QĐ-VSD dated December 18, 2015 of Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) on promulgation of Regulation on securities clearing and settlement, replacing the Decision No. 28/QĐ–VSD dated March 13, 2015, KIS would like to inform you about the change of settlement cycle, as follows:

The settlement will be reduced from three days (T+3) to two days (T+2), effective from January 01^st 2016.

Trading activities on December 29, 30 & 31, 2015 (which still remain the old settlement cycle T+3) will be settled on January 04, 05 & 06, 2016.

The new regulation on securities clearing and settlement will be applied on trading activities from January 04, 2016.
