About the change of margin and advance interest rate since January 19^th 2015

KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation (KIS) would like to thank you for your kind support and companion with us.

KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation increased charter capital to 1.112.766.000.000 VND (One thousand one hundred and twelve billion, seven hundred and sixty-six million) according to the Decision No. 01 / GPDC-SSC issued by State Securities Commission dated 09.01.2015 and reached to the top 10 securities have the highest capital in Vietnam.

To share difficulties with the investor in securities transaction, KIS would like to reduce margin and advance interest rate for all new loan as follows:

–       Interest rate after change: 9.9% per year or 0.0275% per day

–       Effective date: January 19^th 2015

–       Application: all customers
