Responsibilities:

Monitor, assess, and control risks associated with margin lending activities within the Retail Brokerage Division.
Analyze and assess the risk profiles of securities; recommend margin-eligible securities, lending ratios, collateral haircuts, and appropriate lending limits.
Monitor outstanding margin loans, collateral values, margin ratios, and portfolio concentration; promptly identify and alert relevant stakeholders to accounts at risk of margin calls, forced liquidation, or risk limit breaches.
Analyze market fluctuations, assess their impact on margin portfolios, and propose appropriate risk control and mitigation measures.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc risk reports; develop early warning indicators and recommend improvements to margin risk monitoring tools and management processes.
Keep updated on applicable regulations governing margin lending and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Coordinate with relevant departments to address arising issues and perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Securities, or a related field.
Experience in risk management, margin lending, securities brokerage, financial analysis, or credit analysis is preferred.
Good understanding of the Vietnamese securities market, margin lending operations, margin ratios, collateral management, and forced liquidation procedures.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess portfolio risks and prepare reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Python is an advantage.
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, and a high sense of responsibility.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
