Responsibilities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements related to Margin Trading, securities trading, and Risk Management.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Requirements (FRD/SRS), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
Clarify business requirements and support the development team during solution design and implementation.
Participate in UAT, prepare test scenarios, validate business rules, and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Support production implementation and analyze issues related to Margin functions after deployment.
Monitor market practices and new trends in securities trading, Margin Trading, Risk Management, and financial technology and recommend relevant system improvements.
Maintain clear and up-to-date business and system documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Securities, Fintech, Digital Finance, Banking, or Financial Services.
Good understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, process analysis, and system development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and structured functional specifications.
Familiar with business analysis and documentation tools such as Draw.io, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong interest in securities trading products, Margin Trading, and financial technology.
