WHO IS A KIS AFFILIATE PARTNER?

A KIS Affiliate Partner is an individual aged 18 or above, or an organization, who refers clients to open stock trading accounts at KIS Vietnam. This is a flexible partnership model suitable for individuals with strong networks, financial market expertise, or anyone looking to generate extra passive income.

HOW DO AFFILIATES EARN MONEY?

Once a referred client successfully opens an account and starts trading, the affiliate will receive an 80% commission on that client's net trading fees.

Client trading fees range from 0.15% to 0.3% based on total daily matched order value.
To calculate the net trading fee, mandatory costs are deducted: Personal Income Tax of 0.1% (on sell orders) and Stock Exchange Fee of 0.027%.

The affiliate receives 80% of the remaining fee after deducting the expenses above.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES

The two examples below demonstrate how the 80% commission is calculated from referred clients and the additional bonus for new clients.

🧮 Commission from Referred Client

Client buys 100M VND and sells 100M VND of shares in a day (0.2% trading fee applied).

Total Trading Fee (Both sides) 400,000 VND

Deduct Exchange Fee (0.027% x2) - 54,000 VND

Net Trading Fee 346,000 VND

Affiliate Commission (80%) 276,800 VND

Refer Clients

Share your referral link with friends and colleagues to open a KIS trading account (online eKYC or at branches).

Receive Monthly Payouts

Track your generated commission and receive regular payouts directly into your registered bank account.

REGULAR PAYOUT TERMS

— Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis, from the first to the last day of the month.

— Paid within the first 5 working days of the following month. (The 100K VND bonus is paid according to the iKIS Welcome New User program regulations).

— Payments are remitted to the registered primary bank account owned by the affiliate.

— Personal income tax (if applicable) will be withheld and paid on your behalf by KIS in accordance with regulations.

— KIS will not issue payouts if the net after-tax commission for the period is below 10,000 VND.

OTHER IMPORTANT PROVISIONS

— Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that referred client information is accurate and non-fraudulent.

— Commission rates may be adjusted per period; KIS will notify affiliates prior to any changes.

— KIS reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud or policy violations are detected. Any disputes must be submitted within 3 business days of receiving the commission notice.

— This program applies strictly to new affiliates under the Online Business Center (OBC) and does not apply to Brokerage affiliates (BKC) or Institutional Client affiliates (OTPC).
