Ứng viên được tuyển dụng sẽ phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận Giao dịch Ký quỹ, Quản trị Rủi ro và CNTT/Phát triển để phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, thiết kế giải pháp và liên tục nâng cấp các hệ thống Giao dịch Ký quỹ và Quản trị Rủi ro. Vị trí này phù hợp với ứng viên có nền tảng vững chắc về Phân tích Nghiệp vụ trong lĩnh vực Chứng khoán, Fintech, Ngân hàng hoặc Dịch vụ Tài chính, đặc biệt là những ứng viên mong muốn phát triển chuyên môn về Giao dịch Ký quỹ và quản trị rủi ro chứng khoán. Trách nhiệm công việc: ● Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bên liên quan thuộc khối nghiệp vụ để tìm hiểu và phân tích các yêu cầu liên quan đến Giao dịch Ký quỹ, giao dịch chứng khoán và Quản trị Rủi ro. ● Thu thập, phân tích và lập tài liệu yêu cầu nghiệp vụ; chuyển đổi các yêu cầu thành tài liệu Yêu cầu Nghiệp vụ (BRD), Yêu cầu Chức năng (FRD/SRS), User Story, Use Case, luồng quy trình và tiêu chí nghiệm thu rõ ràng. ● Làm rõ các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ và hỗ trợ đội ngũ phát triển trong quá trình thiết kế, triển khai giải pháp. ● Tham gia kiểm thử chấp nhận người dùng (UAT), chuẩn bị kịch bản kiểm thử, xác thực các quy tắc nghiệp vụ và đảm bảo giải pháp được bàn giao đáp ứng yêu cầu. ● Hỗ trợ triển khai lên môi trường vận hành chính thức và phân tích các vấn đề liên quan đến chức năng ký quỹ sau khi triển khai. ● Theo dõi thông lệ thị trường và xu hướng mới trong giao dịch chứng khoán, Giao dịch Ký quỹ, Quản trị Rủi ro và công nghệ tài chính; đề xuất các cải tiến hệ thống phù hợp. ● Duy trì tài liệu nghiệp vụ và tài liệu hệ thống rõ ràng, cập nhật. Yêu cầu: ● Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Hệ thống Thông tin, Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Kinh tế hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. ● Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Chuyên viên Phân tích Nghiệp vụ (Business Analyst), ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc trong lĩnh vực Chứng khoán, Fintech, Tài chính Số, Ngân hàng hoặc Dịch vụ Tài chính. ● Hiểu biết tốt về phương pháp phân tích nghiệp vụ, thu thập yêu cầu, phân tích quy trình và vòng đời phát triển hệ thống (SDLC). ● Có khả năng chuyển đổi các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ phức tạp thành đặc tả chức năng rõ ràng, có cấu trúc. ● Quen thuộc với các công cụ phân tích nghiệp vụ và lập tài liệu như Draw.io, Visio, Jira, Confluence hoặc công cụ tương đương. ● Thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Excel, Word và PowerPoint. ● Có tư duy phân tích và kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt. ● Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng phối hợp hiệu quả với cả các bên liên quan thuộc khối nghiệp vụ và khối kỹ thuật. ● Quan tâm sâu sắc đến các sản phẩm giao dịch chứng khoán, Giao dịch Ký quỹ và công nghệ tài chính. Ưu tiên: ● Ứng viên có một hoặc nhiều tiêu chí sau sẽ được ưu tiên: ● Có kinh nghiệm thực tế ở vị trí Chuyên viên Phân tích Nghiệp vụ tại công ty chứng khoán hoặc đối với hệ thống giao dịch chứng khoán. ● Có kinh nghiệm thực tế hoặc kiến thức về hệ thống Giao dịch Ký quỹ, nền tảng giao dịch chứng khoán, hệ thống Quản trị Rủi ro hoặc hệ thống nghiệp vụ hậu giao dịch (Back-office). ● Hiểu biết về quy trình giao dịch chứng khoán từ đầu đến cuối, bao gồm đặt lệnh, khớp lệnh, thanh toán, danh mục đầu tư, tiền, chứng khoán và ký quỹ. We are looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Margin Trading to join our Trading Service Operation team. The successful candidate will work closely with Margin Trading, Risk Management and IT/Development teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and continuously enhance our Margin Trading and Risk Management systems. This role is suitable for candidates with a strong background in Business Analysis within Securities, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services, especially those interested in developing expertise in Margin Trading and securities risk management. Responsibilities: ● Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements related to Margin Trading, securities trading, and Risk Management. ● Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear Business Requirements (BRD), Functional Requirements (FRD/SRS), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria. ● Clarify business requirements and support the development team during solution design and implementation. ● Participate in UAT, prepare test scenarios, validate business rules, and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements. ● Support production implementation and analyze issues related to Margin functions after deployment. ● Monitor market practices and new trends in securities trading, Margin Trading, Risk Management, and financial technology and recommend relevant system improvements. ● Maintain clear and up-to-date business and system documentation. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field. ● Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Securities, Fintech, Digital Finance, Banking, or Financial Services. ● Good understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, process analysis, and system development lifecycle (SDLC). ● Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and structured functional specifications. ● Familiar with business analysis and documentation tools such as Draw.io, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. ● Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. ● Strong interest in securities trading products, Margin Trading, and financial technology.
