Responsibilities:

1.     Recruitment

○       Support the full-cycle recruitment process for both full-time and internship positions, including gathering hiring requirements, preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, and following up on results.

○       Develop and implement internship and trainee programs, particularly for the Retail Brokerage Division.

○       Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers, and prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

○       Conduct competitor research on recruitment practices, trainee programs, job opportunities, and employee benefits.

 

2.     Employer Branding & Communication

○       Develop monthly and quarterly recruitment content plans, create job posts, and manage recruitment communication channels.

○       Manage the company’s fanpage and grow its organic following through candidate engagement, employee advocacy, and student communities.

○       Build partnerships with universities, career centers, and student clubs; expand the company’s presence on university job portals and campus recruitment channels.

○       Coordinate career fairs, workshops, company tours, and university engagement activities.

○       Plan annual employee events, holiday activities, recognition programs, and other employee engagement initiatives.

○       Prepare internal announcements, newsletters, and HR communication materials; promote company activities and culture through social media.

 

3.     Other Ad-hoc Tasks

○       Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

●        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

●        1–2 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.

●        A passion for recruitment and connecting with people.

●        Proficiency in Canva and CapCut for visual design and short-form video editing.

●        Familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and engaging storytelling.

●        Good communication and organizational skills; a proactive, responsible attitude and eagerness to learn.
