Responsibilities:

●     Monitor, assess, and control risks associated with margin lending activities within the Retail Brokerage Division.

●     Analyze and assess the risk profiles of securities; recommend margin-eligible securities, lending ratios, collateral haircuts, and appropriate lending limits.

●     Monitor outstanding margin loans, collateral values, margin ratios, and portfolio concentration; promptly identify and alert relevant stakeholders to accounts at risk of margin calls, forced liquidation, or risk limit breaches.

●     Analyze market fluctuations, assess their impact on margin portfolios, and propose appropriate risk control and mitigation measures.

●     Prepare periodic and ad hoc risk reports; develop early warning indicators and recommend improvements to margin risk monitoring tools and management processes.

●     Keep updated on applicable regulations governing margin lending and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

●     Coordinate with relevant departments to address arising issues and perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

●     Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, Securities, or a related field.

●     Experience in risk management, margin lending, securities brokerage, financial analysis, or credit analysis is preferred.

●     Good understanding of the Vietnamese securities market, margin lending operations, margin ratios, collateral management, and forced liquidation procedures.

●     Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess portfolio risks and prepare reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Python is an advantage.

●     Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, and a high sense of responsibility.

●     Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
