FTI: Board resolution (Sept 12, 2018)

Article 1: Board of Directors of Friendship Trading – Industrial Joint Stock Company decides as follows:

1. Approve the plan on labor and salary fund of 2017 of the Company

   1. Total number of labors in 2017: 34 persons. In which:

• Management cadre: 04 persons
• Laborer: 30 persons

  1. Salary fund 2017 of the Company: VND 2,294,961,720. In which:

• Salary fund for laborer: VND 1,681,281,720
• Salary fund for management cadres: VND 468,960,000
• Remuneration fund for non-specialized management cadres: VND 144,720,000

2. Approve the plan on labor and salary fund of 2018 of the Company

   1. Total number of labors in 2018: 28 persons. In which:

• Management cadres: 04 persons
• Laborer: 24 persons

  1. Salary plan 2018 of the Company: VND 2,055,331,392. In which:

• Salary fund for laborer: VND 1,416,811,392
• Salary fund for management cadres: VND 468,960,000
• Remuneration fund for non-specialized management cadres: VND 168,560,000

Article 2: Assign General Manager of the Company to implement this resolution in accordance with the charter of Friendship Trading – Industrial Joint Stock Company and existing regulations of law

Article 3: Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Board of General Managers and the person in charge of accounting of Friendship Trading – Industrial Joint Stock Company take responsibility for performing this resolution. This resolution took effect from the date of signature.
